Technical Principle

After VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) waste gas passes through the hydrophobic zeolite concentration rotor, it can be effectively adsorbed in the zeolite to achieve the removal purpose. The clean gas, from which volatile organic compounds have been adsorbed by the zeolite, is directly discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

The rotor continuously rotates at a speed of 1-8 revolutions per hour, and at the same time transfers the adsorbed volatile organic compounds to the desorption zone. In the desorption zone, a small stream of heated gas is used to desorb the volatile organic compounds. After desorption, the zeolite rotor rotates to the adsorption zone and continues to adsorb volatile organic gases.

The desorbed high-concentration VOCs gas stream is drawn by an oxidation fan and sent to a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) for combustion and incineration. After treatment, clean CO₂(g) and H₂O(g) are discharged into the atmosphere.

The high-temperature gas stream from the combustion chamber is led to a gas-gas heat exchanger, where it exchanges heat with normal-temperature air. The air is heated to the desorption temperature to form a heat stream, which is then used for desorption, thereby achieving the purpose of energy conservation.
