Technical Principle

Organic substances have different saturation levels at different temperatures. The condensation recovery method utilizes this characteristic of organic matter to function: by reducing or increasing the system pressure, the organic substances in the gas-phase environment are extracted through condensation.

For the recovery system, our company is equipped with special adsorbent fillers for gases. This adsorbent is a polymeric adsorbent, which has the functions of separating and concentrating organic matter in the gas. By adding different polarities, the van der Waals force between its molecules is enhanced, thereby improving the separation efficiency of organic matter, optimizing its regeneration efficiency, and achieving excellent desorption performance.
