Product Description

When dust-laden gas enters the interior of the dust collector through the air inlet at the lower part of the device, the larger dust particles (with a diameter of 100μm) are first settled.

Technical Principle

When dust-laden gas enters the interior of the dust collector through the air inlet at the lower part of the device, the larger dust particles (with a diameter of 100μm) are first settled. The smaller particles (with a diameter of 0.1-50μm) are adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge in the air treatment chamber. The purified air that passes through the filter cartridge is discharged through the exhaust chamber.

When the operating resistance of the equipment reaches a certain level, the pulse controller triggers the solenoid valve to open. Compressed air (with a pressure of 0.5-0.6Mpa) is injected into the interior of the filter cartridge through the injection pipe, causing the dust particles to fall off under the action of the instantaneous high-pressure airflow. This reduces the filtration resistance and completes the dust removal and cleaning process.

Periodically cleaning the dust on the surface of the filter cartridge to keep the operating resistance of the equipment relatively stable is a crucial link to ensure the normal operation of the dust removal system. The settled and cleaned dust accumulates in the hopper, and is either automatically discharged through the ash discharge valve or collected in the ash bucket for regular manual discharge.
